Private sessions provide a tailored environment to focus on your specific needs—whether you are managing injuries, chronic pain, an autoimmune condition, postural issues, or areas that require more intensive attention than what a group setting can offer.

At the start of each session, we will uncover the patterns and habits influencing your movement. Through careful hands-on adjustments, breathwork, intentional movement and functional alignment, we will increase your awareness of your body’s mechanics, enabling you to develop a practice that is not only functional but also transformative.

The goal is not just to move better on the mat, but to create lasting shifts that support you in everyday life.
